Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using MoveSet. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MoveSet.

1. About MoveSet

MoveSet is a fitness application developed and operated by a sole trader trading as MoveSet, based in the United Kingdom. MoveSet provides workout and nutrition tracking tools, bodyweight and step count monitoring, data visualisation, and access to coaching plans created by the operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use MoveSet. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

Important: MoveSet is a fitness tracking and coaching tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have any existing health conditions.

All content within MoveSet — including the app design, coaching plan content, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to MoveSet. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app without our express written permission.

Data you input into MoveSet (your workout logs, nutrition entries, bodyweight records) remains yours. We claim no ownership over your personal data.

8. Third-Party Services

MoveSet integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, RevenueCat, and PostHog. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep MoveSet available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or remove features at any time, perform maintenance that temporarily makes the app unavailable, or discontinue the app entirely with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from downtime or changes to the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, MoveSet and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the app, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any physical injury or health outcome arising from following content in the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation. These terms do not affect those rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. However, by accessing a coaching plan immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the cooling-off period ends and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once the digital content has been fully accessed.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MoveSet will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email with reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of MoveSet after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
